LEO-Pro FAQ
LEO-PRO is a business program created by Quiet Sunset, LLC, the owner/developer of Life Estate Organizer (LEO). The program legally grants rights by means of a license agreement to a firm, involved in estate planning, to use the software product Life Estate Organizer in the course of conducting their business with their clients.
Having a LEO-PRO license authorizes a firm involved in estate planning to sell services related to the use of Life Estate Organizer to the firm’s clients. The firm’s clients authorize the firm to assist, plan and organize elements of their life and estate by following the template format of LEO and providing answers to questions posed by LEO. The LEO document is used in the communication of life information and the settlement of the client’s estate in the event of death or incapacitation.
LEO-PRO is designed to be used by a LEO-PRO manager and their client. A LEO-PRO manager could be a financial planner, financial advisor, estate attorney, insurance agent, etc. that would be involved in estate planning with a client. The LEO-PRO manager would present LEO to their clients, extol the benefits of having their own LEO, assist in the completion and updating of their client’s LEO as well as possibly being involved in the settlement of the client’s estate.
The LEO-PRO program is different from the Life Estate Organizer subscriber’s program with respect to the sign-up, sign-in, recording and reporting used by the LEO-PRO program. The templates and data collection are the same.
LEO is a digital lockbox used to collect and store life and estate information for clients. LEO is an investment in building information value for clients, their families, loved ones and trusted individuals. They become the beneficiaries of your client’s life information and have a clearer understanding of the client’s estate and the issues related to all aspects of their estate. LEO provides a pathway to settling your client’s estate in an efficient, timely manner, identifying the issues to resolve and life information your client would want to be passed on to future generations.

- When a client completes their estate planning, they are instructed to organize their personal estate issues with little guidance from those who assisted in the completion of their estate documents. They are on their own in deciding what should be included in this endeavor. LEO solves this dilemma, providing the licensee a method of assisting their client in organizing life and estate issues from a menu for their client to choose issues relevant to them, collecting the client’s inputted data and storing the data for unlocking to loved ones at a time chosen by the client.

We believe a LEO-PRO license is very inexpensive and a GREAT VALUE. No down payments. No annual fees. Our license is based upon how many profiles you write for your clients. You only pay for the LEO profiles you write for your clients; $3.00 per month per profile, per manager, is what we consider inexpensive.
You can sign-up for a LEO-PRO license through the lifeestateorganizer.com website. Once you have opened the website, on the menu bar, Click on LEO-PRO. The LEO-PRO page will appear with information about LEO-PRO. On the right-hand side of the page, you will see a dark blue button, Sign-up For LEO-PRO. Click this button and follow the instructions. A LEO-PRO license will be paid for by posting a credit card. Once per month, your LEO-PRO account will be billed for the number of profiles written by each manager for your clients at $3.00 per profile, per month, per manager. Once a manager has written over 12 profiles, the cost for an unlimited number of profiles by that manager is $36.00 per month. Profiles roll over into the following year. If the number of profiles falls below the threshold of 12, the pricing per profile reverts back to $3.00 per profile, per month, per manager, per year.
The authorized person who is the licensee or is appointed by licensee to be the liaison between the licensor and the licensee, responsible for decision making between parties and assigning managers to create profiles.
The person or persons; attorneys, estate attorneys, financial planners, financial advisors or some other person authorized and appointed by the licensee’s administrator to conduct business, for the licensee to create LEO profiles for the licensee’s clients.
The person or persons who are authorized and appointed by the administrator to assist the managers in working with their clients and recording information in the client’s profile.
A person using the services of the licensee.
In LEO, the term profile is used to define the client’s personal LEO which includes all data input and recorded in LEO by a manager, an assistant or a client. The profile itself is the cost basis for the license agreement. The profile owner is identified by the Head of Household’s full name and email address.
In LEO terms, The Head of Household is a person who has the role of being considered the primary, appointed or self-appointed decision maker for a family or household. Their name and email address would be used to register the LEO profile.

As previously stated, you should be able to sign-up for a license within minutes. We recommend you become familiar with the LEO program and how it works. Having said that, the program is very intuitive, easy to follow and there are Help Screens associated with each subsection that prepare you for what to expect. In addition, we have a support line to help you if you really get stuck, which we feel is highly unlikely.
The number of profiles written by all registered managers is unlimited. The billing method charges you $3.00 per profile per manager, per month up to 12 profiles. There is a $36.00 flat fee per manager per month for 13 or more profiles.
Yes, only active managers can write profiles. See the definition of an administrator, manager and assistant.

Your client’s LEO will be stored on our geo-redundant, LEO Security System (LSS) servers. Our LSS is designed with bank-grade security. See our website and FAQ for further information.
Your client’s LEO and data contained within LEO is very secure. We have gone to great lengths to design our bank grade security system to keep our client’s information safe and secure. See our website for more information on our LEO Security System (LSS).
LEO equipment requirements are quite simple. You need a computer, tablet or smartphone and internet access. Your computer must have an operating system still supported by the operating system supplier; your device or computer must have access to the internet; your browser must be able to interact with your computer, other devices and an internet provider.
If your client decides to terminate their relationship with you, we have made a provision for your client and their LEO data to transfer to a paid subscription at the prevailing subscription price. Your client will be transferred to a 30-Day Trial and during that 30 day period, they must decide to subscribe or not. If they decide to subscribe, they will be signed-in to LEO. If they decide not to subscribe, their LEO data will terminate in 90 days after expiration of their 30-Day Trial.
If a LEO subscriber wants their LEO account to be managed by a LEO-PRO firm, their LEO account with corresponding data can be easily transferred from a subscription account to a client account managed by a LEO-PRO firm. Subscription fees will be prorated at the time of transfer.
LEO-PRO accounts will be billed $3.00 per profile per manager per month for up to 12 profiles. Each manager who has written more than 12 profiles will be billed a flat rate of $36.00 per month.
All transaction’s will be charged to the LEO-PRO firm’s credit card. A LEO-PRO account status page exist which displays each manager and the number of profiles written by each manager. Multiply the number of profiles written by each manager times $5.00 per profile per manager per month up to 20 profiles. Over 20 profiles per manager, the charge is $100.00 per month per manager.
Our company logo, LEO logos, all ads, videos including artwork and supporting text that we have placed since we have been advertising. All is available for you to freely use in the promotion of our Life Estate Organizer.
