Data Center Protection:
Life Estate Organizer has both an application and database server system. Both server systems are hosted in a secure data center operated by Google Cloud. The Data Center is staffed and monitored 24 hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All of your information is stored on a GEO-REDUNDANT backup server system in addition to the primary server system with the same high level of security as the primary system.
User Login & Verification:
We encourage all users to set up the optional TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION. With email two-factor authentication, an email message with an access code is sent to the user’s email address at the time of login. Login can only be accomplished by having both, which prevents unauthorized access to your account. You can choose to grant access to trusted individuals, reference the Estate Settlement Section, Trusted Individuals.
Security (SSL):
All web traffic to and from the application server is protected by a BANK-GRADE SSL CERTIFICATE using TLS-1.2 WITH AES-256 ENCRYPTION.

Monitoring & Access Protection:
All access attempts to the database are monitored, logged for security purposes and identified for corrective action if required. Access to the application and database servers are protected by state-of-the art RSA-2048 ENCRYPTION KEYS. - which are virtually unbreakable! See DIGICERT. Encryption keys and passwords are accessible only to managers of the software development team.
